Quick candling and transfer machine is very easy to operate even for ordinary worker. After the candling the operator can double check the accuracy of the candling by supplementary candling lamp.

The candling machine is small and portable. It is light and easy to move. The table is approximately a meter high making it easy for the workers to operate.

 Egg Candling Table

 Place egg trays with eggs on the 

 candling table.

 Switch for Candling

 By turning on the swith, the shutter  of the candling table will open and  light will shine through the eggs 

 exposing the infertile eggs.

 Candling

 Once the infertile eggs are expose, 

 the workers can remove the infertile

 eggs manually.

 Supplementary Candling

 This auxillary candling apparatus 

 will be used to check those doubtful  eggs to insure accuracy in the 

 candling process.。

 Eggs Removal

 Vacuum cups move up and down but the  eggs are safe. 

 Eggs Transfer

 Using rubber cup with vacuum pump the  eggs are lift up and transfered from 

 the egg trays to the hatcher basket.

 Egg Tray Removal

 After the eggs are transfered,the 

 egg trays are removed by the 

 workers.
